Refund Policy

Exchange and refunds


In the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, or there are problems with the purchased product, we have created a policy for exchange and returns. If you wish to exchange or return the product you have purchased you can follow the Exchange and Refunds policy guidelines listed below.



  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items purchased on discounted prices (sale) can not be returned or exchanged .
  • Reasons to exchange the product being :

  1.  I have received the wrong colour or model from what I ordered. 
  2. I believe my product has arrived with a fault. 

 

If you qualify for a refund or exchange, you can email us to nativacase@gmail.com with the subject: EXCHANGE (including photos of the product if required). We will get back to you once we have received all required information to arrange an exchange, store credit or refund.
